Rt Hon Lord Lilley

Peter Lilley is, again, to make the positive case for leaving the EU in two local debates with Remain speakers. Both are open to the public, and all are welcome to attend.

The first is an ‘Any Questions’ style debate at the Batford Memorial Hall (2 Tallents Crescent, Batford, Harpenden) in Harpenden at 8pm on Thursday 9th June. Audience members are encouraged to submit any questions they would like to ask panellists by handing them in on the night, before the event starts.

The second will take place in St Albans Cathedral at 8pm on Wednesday 15th June, when Mr Lilley will debate alongside Anne Main, MP for St Albans. At this event, questions from the floor will be taken.

Peter said: “This could be the most important referendum to take place in our lifetime, and it is vital that people are equipped with the full facts so they can make an informed decision on 23rd June. I welcome the opportunity to debate this issue publicly, and urge all who can to attend, so they can hear both sides of the argument and put any questions they have to those debating.”
