North Herts Students Visit 2017

Peter Lilley was visited in Parliament by students of the North Herts Education Support Centre on 20th December.

Mr Lilley discussed with the students how parliament works and how constituents can contact and influence their MP. The students asked him about his advocacy of legalising cannabis.

Peter said: "It is important that young people engage with politics, and that they know that they are able to discuss with their MP matters that are important to them. It was a pleasure to meet the North Herts students, to hear what they had to say, and to answer their questions."
